3. Google API Services User Data Policy Compliance
ChessFlair's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
What We Access: With your authorization, ChessFlair accesses the Google Calendar API (calendar.events scope) strictly to:
- Create calendar events for scheduled chess masterclasses.
- Generate secure Google Meet video conferencing links for student-coach lessons.

What We Never Do: We do not read unrelated personal calendar events, sell your Google user data to third parties, use Google user data for targeted advertising, or use it for training generalized AI models.

Subscriptions & Payouts
Processing monthly student memberships in Naira (₦) and remitting coach earnings via Paystack.

Delivering transactional emails, lesson reminders, curriculum updates, and student progress notes.
5. Children's Privacy & Youth Safeguarding
ChessFlair trains junior and youth chess players. Accounts for children under 18 must be created and supervised by a parent or legal guardian.
All coaching sessions are conducted in a safe, monitored educational environment. Instructors undergo strict KYC identity verification prior to approval.
